You can bus over on the 3rd Ave. bridge or on 1st Ave. If you drive, use one of two parking ramps: One is right beyond Fhima’s on the RIGHT side of 7th St. The other is right across the street in the former Dayton’s/Macy ramp on the LEFT side of 7th St.
