About this event
Get a first-look at one of Minneapolis’ most treasured buildings - the Northwestern National Life Building at 20 Washington, designed in 1965 by world-renowned architect Minoru Yamasaki. Led by developer/owner, Chad Tepley / CDT Realty, this will be a one-hour preview of the ambitious plans to preserve and reimagine this iconic building into one of the most extraordinary hospitality destinations in the Midwest. After 61 years as an office building closed to the public, the building will finally open its doors and all 9 of its levels in a truly one-of-a-kind way.
PARKING: 34 spaces of free parking are available in the parking lot adjacent to the property (on the east side of the building/entrance from Marquette). The tour will gather and begin from this parking lot. In the event of bad weather, we will gather in the small below-grade parking garage (park in the lot, walk down the ramp).
Attendance Limit: 40 participants
