Join Barry Hand, Owámniyomni Okhódayapi program director, for a 60-minute guided site visit of the Falls and the Upper Lock and explore the decolonized history of Owámniyomni (St. Anthony Falls). Learn about Dakota lifeways, the significance of the River, and the Dakota vision for cultural and environmental restoration. Due to construction on the Stone Arch Bridge our tour meeting point will be at the East side entry to the bridge.
