About this event

Traditionally class politics was a central feature of progressive American politics.  Yet in the last  fifty years it faded as identity politics replaced it. Hamline Professor David Schultz examines the new politics of class in America and what the 2024 elections meant for a class-based progressive agenda.

David Schultz is Hamline University Distinguished Professor of Political Science and most recently author of Generational Politics in the United States (2024).
