Mill City Commons is partnering with Pathfinder Care Management to provide our members a complimentary one-hour care management consultation as part of the Lloyd Beebe Legacy Fund pilot project. Join us as we hear from Pathfinder founder and CEO, Kathleen Dempsey, who will discuss their services and structure, and talk about the kinds of things you could discuss in a one hour session. Members are welcome to submit questions in advance for this program by emailing Jane Stacy.
