Join us as we hear author and Carlton professor Scott Carpenter discuss his new book, Paris Lost & Found: A Memoir of Love. Many of you may recall Carpenter's Zoom presentation to Mill City Commons in 2021 in which he discussed an earlier book, the charming French Like Moi: A Midwesterner in Paris. In Paris Lost & Found, Carpenter's Parisian journey continues, as he moves from the sadness of his wife's challenge with dementia, through solitude during the pandemic, to hope and  renewal - a story deftly and poignantly told with humor and insight.

A short reception will follow the program.
