We know our U.S. population and workforce is aging. According to Pew Research Center, the ranks of workers 65 years and older has nearly quadrupled to more than 11 million since the mid-1980s. How will an aging workforce change our country and the world?  The most common reaction to the trend is dread. Come listen to Chris Farrell, senior economics contributor at MPR and Marketplace, American Public Media’s nationally syndicated public radio business and economic program, share how he sees this phenomenon and the real opportunities being created, especially in the workplace.
